Public Courts
Outdoor pickleball courts are a great way to enjoy coaching while keeping costs down. Whenever possible, choose a dedicated pickleball court rather than a tennis court with pickleball lines. Dedicated courts provide the proper layout and permanent nets, making them much less confusing for beginners. Most public outdoor courts are also free to play, offering savings over indoor facilities.
Mind the Wind
Wind changes the flight of the ball, affecting your shots and timing.
Heat & Sun Comfort
Heat and sun can impact comfort and endurance. Bring water, wear sunscreen, and play during cooler times of the day to stay comfortable and get the most out of your time on the court.
"Darwin quickly identified weaknesses in my footwork and helped me improve within just a few lessons. My confidence on the court has completely changed."
