New to pickleball? Maybe you've picked up a paddle a few times but still feel a little lost on the court. Rally Ready was built for you. In just four Saturday mornings, you'll go from “Wait, where do I stand?” to confidently playing real games, and having a blast doing it.
Every session follows a simple formula: 25 minutes of focused, hands-on coaching, followed by 35 minutes of game play designed around the exact skill you just learned. No long lineups, no lectures, and no one gets left behind. With a maximum of 10 players, you'll get real attention from your coach and plenty of time with the ball.
Each week builds on the last. You'll be challenged, you'll laugh a lot, and you'll feel yourself improving every single Saturday.
Only 10 of 10 spots remaining — register today to secure your spot.
One hour, split into two parts. Simple, focused, and built for brand-new players.
25 minutes
Hands-on coaching
Focused coaching on one skill for the week, with a paddle in your hand from the first minute.
35 minutes
Game play built around that week's skill
Fun games designed so you actually use what you just learned.
Each Saturday adds one new skill, then a game that puts it straight into play.
Week 1
Saturday, November 7
Skill: Striking the ball consistently
Everything in pickleball starts here. You'll learn the proper grip, a ready position that keeps you balanced, and a compact, repeatable swing that sends the ball where you want it to go, not where it feels like going.
Featured game: “Keep It Alive”
Partners team up to see how long they can keep a rally going. Then we move into real games where long rallies earn bonus points. By the end of the morning, you'll be returning more balls than you ever thought possible.
Week 2
Saturday, November 14
Skill: The serve and the return
Every point begins with these two shots, and most beginners lose points before the rally even starts. You'll learn a reliable, rules-legal serve you can count on under pressure, plus a deep return that buys you time to get to the net. We'll also make scoring simple, so you'll never have to ask “What's the score?” again.
Featured game: “Go Deep”
Target zones go on the court, and serves and returns that land deep earn bonus points. You'll quickly discover why a deep return is one of the most powerful shots a beginner can own.
Week 3
Saturday, November 21
Skill: Dinking
This is where pickleball gets its magic. You'll learn the soft, controlled dink that keeps opponents off balance, how to move as a team at the non-volley zone (better known as “the kitchen”), and how to stay patient until the right ball comes along.
Featured game: “Kitchen Kings”
Every point must include three dinks before anyone can attack. It's strategic, it's hilarious, and it will transform the way you play.
Week 4
Saturday, November 28
Skill: The three third-shot options: the drop, the drive, and the lob
The third shot is where good players separate themselves from beginners. You'll learn when to softly drop the ball into the kitchen, when to drive it with pace, and when a well-placed lob will win the point. You'll leave knowing not just how to hit each shot, but which one to choose.
Featured game: “The Rally Ready Cup”
Our finale mini-tournament brings everything together, with bonus points for smart third-shot choices. It's the perfect way to celebrate how far you've come.
10 players or fewer, so you're never lost in the crowd.
Every game practises that week's skill, so what you learn actually sticks.
Four weeks gives you time to practise between sessions and come back ready to level up.
Leave with new skills, real confidence, and new pickleball friends to play with all winter.
Keep it simple — if you have shoes, water, and comfy clothes, you're set.
