Welcome to GoodRally Pickleball ("GoodRally Pickleball," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using www.GoodRallyPickleball.com, registering for a clinic, private lesson, or other coaching service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Coaching Services

GoodRally Pickleball provides:

  • Beginner clinics
  • Group lessons
  • Private coaching
  • Semi-private coaching
  • Skills development sessions
  • Special events and workshops

All services are subject to availability.

2. Registration

Participants agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations when necessary.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes may be added where required.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Arrive on time.
  • Wear appropriate athletic clothing and court shoes.
  • Bring a pickleball paddle unless otherwise advised.
  • Follow all safety instructions.
  • Treat coaches, staff, facilities, and other participants respectfully.

GoodRally reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate without refund.

5. Weather & Facility Changes

Outdoor sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe court conditions.

Indoor sessions may be relocated or rescheduled if facilities become unavailable.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson plans, drills, videos, written materials, logos, branding, and website content remain the property of GoodRally Pickleball and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation in pickleball involves inherent risks.

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that GoodRally Pickleball and its coaches are not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses except where required by applicable law.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 17, 2026

We understand that plans change. The following policy helps us manage clinic scheduling fairly for all participants.

Private Lessons

  • More than 24 hours' notice: full credit or rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: lesson fee may be forfeited.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Group Clinics

If GoodRally cancels a clinic, participants may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • A credit toward a future clinic.

Participant cancellations:

  • 7 or more days before the clinic: full refund (less any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).
  • 3–6 days before the clinic: 50% refund or credit.
  • Less than 72 hours before the clinic: no refund.

Exceptions may be made in cases of documented medical emergencies.

Weather

Outdoor sessions cancelled because of weather will be:

  • Rescheduled whenever possible, or
  • Refunded if a replacement date cannot be arranged.

Missed Sessions

No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Effective Date: July 17, 2026

Participation in pickleball involves physical activity and carries certain inherent risks.

By registering for or participating in any GoodRally Pickleball program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

You understand that pickleball may involve:

  • Slips or falls
  • Collisions with other players
  • Muscle strains or sprains
  • Joint injuries
  • Heat-related illness
  • Other unforeseen injuries

You voluntarily accept these risks.

Medical Condition

You confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate.
  • You will consult a physician if you have concerns about your health.
  • You will immediately stop participating if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release GoodRally Pickleball, its coaches, assistants, volunteers, and affiliated facilities from claims arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.

GoodRally is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Emergency Medical Treatment

If emergency medical treatment is required and you are unable to provide consent, you authorize GoodRally staff to seek appropriate medical assistance on your behalf. Any associated costs are your responsibility.

Photography & Video

GoodRally may occasionally photograph or record clinics for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify us before the session begins. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request.

Governing Law

These documents are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
